It enhances the business and technologies opportunities in terms of joint projects, knowledge sharing, Grid market awareness, training and learning from others experiences.

Joint Electron Device Engineering Council

The JEDEC Solid State Technology Association (Once known as the Joint Electron Device Engineering Council), is the semiconductor engineering standardization body of the Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA), a trade association that represents all areas of the electronics industry.

NVM Express
The NVM Express specification defines an optimized register interface, command set and feature set for PCI Express (PCIe(r))-based Solid-State Drives (SSDs). The goal of NVM Express is to unlock the potential of PCIe SSDs now and in the future, and standardize the PCIe SSD interface.

The Open Data Center Committee (hereinafter referred to as “ODCC”) was co-sponsored by Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, China Telecom,China Mobile, CAICT (the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology) and consultant unit Intel. ODCC is an industry non-profit social organization , voluntarily formed by enterprises and institutions related to the data center.

Open MPI

Open MPI is a project combining technologies and resources from several other projects (FT-MPI, LA-MPI, LAM/MPI, and PACX-MPI) in order to build the best MPI library available. A completely new MPI-2 compliant implementation, Open MPI offers advantages for system and software vendors, application developers and computer science researchers.

Open Networking Foundation (ONF)

Open Networking Foundation (ONF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the adoption rate of a new networking approach called Software-Defined Networking (SDN). SDN enables owners and operators to control and mange their networks to better serve their users. ONF aims to standardize the OpenFlow protocol, which increases network functionality while reducing total cost of ownership through simplified hardware, software, and management.

OpenFabrics Alliance

OpenFabrics Alliance develops transport agnostic open source software for RDMA fabric technologies. Founded in June 2004 as the OpenIB Alliance to develop a Linux-based InfiniBand software stack, the organization has expanded its charter to support iWARP (RDMA over Ethernet). The OpenFabrics Alliance provides tools, communications and resources for vendors and developers to create, refine and publish standard open source software stacks for RDMA capable data center fabrics.
