Mellanox Technologies Promotes Ronnen Lovinger and Shai Rephaeli to Vice President

SANTA CLARA, CA. and YOKNEAM, ISRAEL – June 25, 2008 – Mellanox® Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX; TASE: MLNX), a leading supplier of semiconductor-based, server and storage interconnect products, today announced the promotion of Ronnen Lovinger to Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, and Shai Rephaeli to Vice President of Product Engineering. Mr. Lovinger is responsible for Mellanox’s supply chain management and quality control, and Mr. Rephaeli is responsible for Mellanox’s system and silicon product engineering. In their new roles, Mr. Lovinger and Mr. Rephaeli will continue reporting to Shai Cohen, Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Mellanox Technologies.

Mr. Lovinger joined Mellanox in 1999 and has served as Sr. Director of Operations since 2005.  Prior to Mellanox, Mr. Lovinger worked at Intel Corporation, where he held several engineering positions in the field of microprocessor circuit design. Mr. Lovinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Rephaeli joined Mellanox in July-2000 and has served as Senior Director of Product Engineering since 2005. Prior to Mellanox, Mr. Rephaeli worked at Intel Corporation, where he held various engineering positions in the fields of design for test and product engineering of microprocessor products. Mr. Rephaeli holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.
