Mellanox Technologies Announces $160,000 Donation to Benefit Fourteen Charities and Education Programs

SUNNYVALE, CA. and YOKNEAM, ISRAEL – March 23, 2009 – Mellanox® Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX; TASE: MLNX), a leading supplier of end-to-end connectivity solutions for data center servers and storage, today announced the donation of $160,000 to be divided among fourteen charities and education programs within Israel and the United States. The charities include Arazim Elementary School, Baldwin Elementary School, Foothill High School, Harvest Park Middle School, Highlands Elementary School, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Oakland’s Children's Hospital & Research Center, Ort Israel, Simonds Elementary School, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Twelve Bridges Elementary School, and Williams Wins Foundation.

In addition, Ort Israel and Mellanox have partnered in a pioneering new project to reward extraordinary high school teachers. This project includes teacher beneficiaries at Ort Yokneam, Ort Tivon, Ort Hashomron-Binyamina. Outstanding teachers at Yokneam’s Arazim Elementary School will also be part of this project.
